During Children's Day at the "Test Your Fitness" station, organized by The University School of Physical Education in Wrocław, children will have the opportunity to undergo a professional physiotherapy assessment. This will include, among other things, measurements of jump height, grip strength, foot pressure distribution using a baropodometric platform, and body composition analysis. It’s a great chance for kids to better understand their physical capabilities and develop a conscious approach to physical activity from an early age.
The event partner is The University School of Physical Education in Wrocław.
