PARKING RULES
Parking is free for 3 hours if you enter your vehicle registration number at the parking meter:
- Enter your registration number into the parking meter – there is no need to return to your vehicle with a ticket.
- The first 3 hours are free – each subsequent hour started costs 5 PLN.
- After 3 hours, you must pay in advance for additional parking time directly at the parking meter using coins or a payment card. You can also use the ePark or SkyCash app.
WHAT IF THE PARKING METER IS NOT WORKING?
There are 11 parking meters on the parking premises – in case of a malfunction of one of them, please use the nearest functioning device. If you want to report a malfunction of the device, you can inform the attendant or call the phone number displayed on the parking meter.
WHAT IS THE ADDITIONAL PARKING FEE?
The additional fee is imposed on vehicle users who use the parking facility in violation of the regulations – for example, due to not entering the registration number or entering an incorrect registration number at the parking meter or failing to pay for additional hours of parking. You can find the detailed regulations here, as well as at the entrance to the parking lot and by the parking meters.
The additional fee for violating the EuroPark parking regulations is 190 PLN. The attendant places a notice under the front windshield wiper of the vehicle, prepares a report, and documents the violation with photographs. Information on how to pay the additional fee and file a complaint can be found on europark.pl.
